Classes will be held two times per month on Monday evenings from 6:00-8:15pm (as catering schedule permits).

You will have the opportunity to watch cooking demonstrations ($55 pp), or participate in a hands-on class ($70pp), unless otherwise specified.

You will have the opportunity to sample all of the dishes created during the evening. 

Hands-on classes are limited to 8 people and demonstration classes are limited to 12 people, so register early.

Class fee is due at time of registration.  No refund for cancellations less than 72 hours before the class meeting.
