Classes will be held two times per month on Monday evenings from 6:00-8:15pm (as catering schedule permits). You will have the opportunity to watch cooking demonstrations ($55 pp), or participate in a hands-on class ($70pp), unless otherwise specified. You will have the opportunity to sample all of the dishes created during the evening. Hands-on classes are limited to 8 people and demonstration classes are limited to 12 people, so register early.
