Event Manager/Captain Responsibilities of the Event Manager/Captain include but are not limited to: * Serve as onsite catering supervisor * Coordinate the setup, service, & cleanup * Manage the waitstaff and bartenders * Manage the onsite service schedule * Serve as point of contact for the client * Setup the service table * Ensure all aspects of the catering event meets the SaS standards of excellence Part time positions available, no benefits are available with this position.
