Prep Chef
Responsibilities of the Prep Chef include but are not limited to:
* Prep ingredients for all food items for the sous chef and chef
*Prep and plate salads, fruit salads, and pasta salads
* Prepare shopping list and purchase food items as needed
* Prep items for cooking classes
* Wash, dry, and stock the dishes
* Empty the trash
* Clean the Stove
* Clean and Polish the S/S appliances
* Refill the bleach bottles
* Sanitize prep sinks
* Sanitize insulated tote bags and coolers
* Errands in support of the business
* Answer the telephone (as needed)
Full time and
Part time positions available. Salary range from
$12.00/hr, based on experience. Salary steps after
60 and 90 days, based on goal attainment.
Medical benefits available for full-time
permanent staff in this position.
