Sous Chef
Responsibilities of the Sous Chef, under the
direction of the chef, include but are not limited to:
* Final cook-off, plating, and service of food
items for the client
* Serve as chef in charge of the
kitchen in the absence of the chef
* Provide direction to the prep
chefs and student interns
* Supervise the off-site kitchen
for events
* Assist in menu preparation
* Maintain a ServSafe kitchen
* Purchase food items as needed
* All duties of the prep chef as needed
* Errands in support of the business
* Answer the telephone (as needed)
Full time position available. Salary range from
$15.00/hr, based on experience and skill set. Medical
benefits for full-time
permanent staff. Culinary arts degree reqd plus 3-5 years
experience & ServSafe certification.
