Dinner in 30 Minutes or Less

Join us as I prepare three - 30 minute meals during the class session.

The entire meal, including prep work will be done in the class. You will see how easy it can be to come home from a busy day and prepare a great tasting meal in under 30 minutes. We will prepare a chicken, a seafood, and a pasta meal. All sure to impress your friends and family. Join us.

We will prepare: (1) Turkey Cutlets with Anchovy Paste Butter, Grilled Haricot Verts, and Fennel Salad;  (2) Polenta with Sausage and Wild Mushroom Ragout served with a Caesar Salad; and (3) Rosemary Grilled Rainbow Trout, Braised Fennel, and Grilled Balsamic Sweet Potatoes.
