Fishy Business (Hands-on) Fishy Business Class, we will continue to explore ways to turn seafood into new and exciting dishes. We are all looking for new recipes to add to our repertoire and in this class, we will share a few more ideas with you. You will prepare: Crispy Seared Salmon with Rosemary Butter; Seared Scallops with Golden Shallot and Grapefruit Sauce; Swordfish with Orange, Onion, and Tomato Relish; and Shrimp Scampi.
