REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Registration includes:
- Personalized Chef Jacket
- Chef's Hat and Apron
- 5 days of culinary academy
- Lunch Daily
- Graduation Dinner for the camper
        (additional fee for guests)
- Graduation Certificate

$450.00 (YMCA Members)
$485.00 (non-YMCA Members)
Junior Culinary Academy Chef

Morning Session: 9:00 – 12:00pm
Lunch: 12:00 – 12:45pm (included)
Afternoon Session: 12:45 – 3:30pm

Glastonbury YMCA Before & After Care available for students for an additional fee.  Call the Glastonbury YMCA directly at 860-633-6548 for the details.

Student Kits are available at Everything for the Kitchen, located at 36 Main Street, East Hartford, CT (across from the Shaw’s Supermarket on the Glastonbury line), 860-569-8078.  The cost of the kit is approximately $ 25.00.

All items in your kit must be labeled with your name and you must bring your kit to class everyday.
